No. 1:  On July 16, 2026, at 2:15 until 3:15, a session called “AI Legal Frameworks and Court Reporting” is being presented by a local Washington attorney.  His presentation is going to be livestreamed.  

No. 2:  On July 16, 2026, at 4:45 until 5:45 (already at the end of a long day!) a session called “Jeopardizing Justice Panel on AI” is being presented by THREE past NCRA presidents, a past NCRA director, and an official reporter at Snohomish County Superior Court.  Their presentation is NOT set to be livestreamed.

No. 3:  We are anticipating that the excuse for not streaming the Jeopardizing Justice Panel is because the subject of AI is already being covered by a livestream.

No. 4:  All of us here at WUNCRA believe that the Jeopardizing Justice Panel is THE MOST IMPORTANT session of the entire 2026 NCRA Convention!

Why are you afraid to have the Jeopardizing Justice Panel on AI livestreamed, Board of Directors?
